D1.3 – Report on the assessment of operational improvements against identified KPIs

The deliverable D1.3 provides a preliminary assessment of the potential benefits and disadvantages of the operational improvements identified in D1.2, based on the KPIs identified in D1.1. As a continuation of the work conducted in WP1, certain OIs were re-evaluated for relevance and similarity to other OIs.
